Welcome to Rewards For Education (“the Platform”), operated by Coins for College & Life. By accessing or using our platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

1. Platform: Refers to the Rewards For Education mobile application, website, and associated services.
2. User: Refers to any individual or entity using the platform, including parents, students, schools, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
3. Rewards: Includes digital incentives such as coins, TuitionCoin (TUIT), and other benefits provided through the platform.
4. Stakeholders: Includes parents, students, schools, sponsors, and partners who interact with the platform.

2. Eligibility

• For Students: Students must be registered by a parent, legal guardian, or school to access the platform.
• For Parents/Guardians: Parents or guardians must create and manage accounts on behalf of students under 18.
• For Schools and Sponsors: Schools and sponsors must enter into a partnership agreement with Coins For College & Life to use the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Account Security:
   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
   • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
2. Prohibited Activities:
   • Misusing the platform for fraudulent activities, hacking, or unlawful purposes.
   • Uploading or sharing false, offensive, or inappropriate content.
   • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without authorization.
3. Accurate Information:
   • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and platform use.

4. Rewards System

1. Earning Rewards:
   • Students earn rewards (Coins, TUIT, etc.) by completing educational tasks, improving attendance, and achieving milestones set by schools and parents.
2. Redemption of Rewards:
   • Rewards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed within the platform for eligible purposes (e.g., school supplies, scholarships).
3. Expiration of Rewards:
   • Coins or other digital incentives may expire if unused for a certain period. Details will be provided within the app.
4. TUIT Rewards for Parents:
   • Parents earn TuitionCoin (TUIT) for their engagement with the platform. Terms of TUIT issuance and redemption are governed by TuitionCoin’s Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• All personal data is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and COPPA standards.
• Children’s data is protected, and no personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership:
   • All intellectual property on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, belongs to Coins For College & Life.
2. Restrictions:

2. Involuntary Termination:
